The third video in this series, Anna will be discussing how to improve the look of the arms and hands. The arms and hands are HANDS DOWN, one of the biggest problem areas for newer belly dance performers. With a little practice and dedication to this area early in your training, you can avoid looking unpolished in those critical, early performances.
Tip #3 suggests that you practice while focusing on maintaining soft extension in the arms and to imagine that you are placing your hands in a specific location in space. Before you know it, this will become second nature and your arms will be ready to take on more advanced arm movements and pathways.
